As a psychotherapist I guide my clients towards their inner world to unearth the solutions and healing they seek. The struggles and discomforts people face today stem from unresolved emotions, psychological scars, past traumas, and unfulfilled needs. By turning inward to identify, understand, and nurture these hidden parts of ourselves, profound healing can be achieved.
My approach is shaped by the belief that while we are aware of some aspects of ourselves, much more lies beneath the surface, embedded within our bodies and the unconscious mind. This perspective is anchored in both my personal and professional journey, encompassing my clinical training in community mental health settings, my predoctoral internship at the C.G. Jung Institute, and insights from meditation, the therapeutic use of plant medicines, musical expression, and cold water swimming.
I work with adults, couples, and adolescents and have experience working with a range of psychological issues. My specific areas of interest include: addiction, grief and loss, trauma, severe and persistent mental health disorders, gender and sexuality, and plant medicine integration. I am passionate about social justice issues, and centering the needs of BIPOC and LGBTQA+ communities.
