Hey, I’m Rose.

If you’re the one everyone leans on—but inside, you’re anxious, exhausted, and maybe one step away from unraveling—you’re not alone.

I work with high-achieving folks who are hitting their limit, because I’ve been there. You’re sharp, self-aware, and tired of holding it all together while quietly falling apart.

Maybe something big happened, or maybe things just aren’t flowing how you’d like them to. Either way, you're done faking “fine” and you’re ready for a change.

My approach is shaped by the belief that while we are aware of some aspects of ourselves, much more lies beneath the surface, embedded within our bodies and the unconscious mind.

A session with me looks like a come-as-you-are space, built for all parts of you, even the ones that feel messy or hard to name. I’ll tell you the truth, hold the hard stuff with you, and help you stop performing and start integrating.

I bring warmth, humor, and both personal and clinical insight from meditation, plant medicine, musical expression, and breathwork.

I work with adults, couples, and adolescents. I am passionate about social justice issues and committed to centering the needs of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.  I believe that through individual reclamation, we can move toward collective liberation. Therapy is just as much about personal healing as it is about transforming the world we live in.
